Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we're not able to make any further changes or cancellation to the order. We always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!
Flight cancellation executed by passenger:
Unfortunately, once your Preorder to Flight has been successfully placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. However, if you wish to cancel your pre-order, you have two options:
- Contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
- Politely decline the delivery when the cabin crew attempts to hand over your order during the flight.
If your order cancellation is successful, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–4 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your respective statement.
Flight cancellation executed by Airline:
If your flight is delayed or canceled, please contact our Customer Experience team and provide your updated travel plans. We will make the necessary arrangements for your pre-ordered items to be delivered on your next flight. Please note that we require at least 5 working days before the new flight’s departure date to process the request.
If there is insufficient time to arrange delivery on the new flight, we will proceed with a refund once the order is returned to our warehouse.
In the event of a flight cancellation, please notify us for a full refund. Please note that express delivery charges (if applicable) will not be included in the refund.
