Can I add my KrisFlyer details after purchasing?

We're unable to add KrisFlyer membership to completed transactions for:

• Online purchases at KrisShop.com
• Inflight purchases on Singapore Airlines/Scoot

Why we can't help:

• No post-purchase modifications allowed

✈️ For Inflight Purchases (Must Do):

• Provide your KrisFlyer details to the cabin crew when purchasing inflight
• Do this during your flight when making purchases

🛒 For Online Purchases:
✓ Always log in before checkout
